Terms
40% on commission, 60% on delivery, 14 days net, plus 7% VAT (reduced rate for artistic-cultural services). On request the calculation is structured to fit grant applications (EVZ, federal and state programmes, municipal cultural funding).
Delivery
Film versions (4K or Full HD) with subtitles (WebVTT) · documentation per person (name, place, date, occasion, rights note) · rights documentation with scope · handover protocol for archive and exhibition teams. Production in 4K; up to 8K on request. Privacy-conscious hosting on own servers in Germany.
